I tell you what, Folks, The Wife and I have stayed at a million hotels in this country, HOWEVER, this hotel was really fabulous. We were very impressed with the lobby, the cafe and the cleanliness of the floors. Our room was VERY clean, spacious, and I mean spacious. The floor we were on was very quiet. The bed was great, and the bathroom was spotless. We felt safe on the property (armed security guard 24/7).

The property looked very clean. I liked the "market" area at the entry. It had a lot of choices. I did not buy anything but would have if I had known of the options ahead of the stay. The room was clean. On my way out of the hotel, the housekeeping staff (one lady) was cleaning the room next to mine. She greeted me, smiled and said to have a great day and a nice Thanksgiving. Her greeting was so pleasant and inviting on a rainy, dreary day. I did not catch her name, but her warm greeting made a difference in my stay. She was cleaning room 217 on 11/19/22 at 11:00 a.m.

The cleaniness of the hotel was super nice. The hotel staff was very helpful. Always helping when we have a questions about anything.

Happy hour was very nice. I love the view of the reservoir area with so much lush greenery. Pet friendly is always a plus for those of us who travel with our furry family members.

in general, everything was great, including the friendly staff who helped without problems in all matters related to accommodation, clean rooms, clean bathrooms and clean towels, there is coffee and tea and drinking water in the bathroom

Bar was closed in lobby however front desk was very helpful and suggested purchasing margaritas that they had available in bottle in their beverage refrigerator that available for sale for guests. They ere very good!

This location is nice because is away from the city but CLOSE enough if you want to go to Houston City Centre. The hotel is being renovated and our room pretty much looks like a new room. Our room has a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Funny but true, every time I used the microwave my TV shut off and I had to call the operator to have someone reset it for me.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was wonderful. The location is perfect. The beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area. Thank you Hilton Gardens Inn.

Very clean and the staff was very nice There was a nice restaurant at the end of the street if you needed food in a crunch.
